Return and/or Exchange Information for Retail Products

Retail Product Refund Policy: Products, (with the exception of prescription products), may be returned within 14 days if for any reason you are not satisfied. Please allow 3 weeks for the refund to be processed. Per FDA regulations, all prescription products are non-returnable. This includes: Tretinoin, Hydroquinone.

All online orders are fulfilled and carefully shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning and/or exchanging a product. No refund will be issued for lost and/or damaged packages during the shipping process.
